Before your visit, we'll ask about your history, goals, and any considerations for your practice. This helps us prepare for you.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Bring grip socks if you have them, or purchase a pair at the studio.

We'll begin with a postural assessment and movement screening. This isn't a test—it's a conversation about how your body moves.

You'll be introduced to the reformer and foundational Pilates movements. We'll move at your pace, explaining everything as we go.

After your session, we'll discuss your personalized program and recommend a practice schedule that fits your life and goals.
