A 50-minute private session built around you. We check posture and movement, then work toward your goals—alignment, core strength, tension relief, or confidence in daily movement. Clear cueing, real corrections, and a program that evolves with you. All levels welcome.

Duo (2-on-1) Sessions

A 50-minute semi-private for you and a partner or friend—one instructor, two tailored plans. We see how you each move, then coach together with shared energy and accountability. More affordable than solo; ideal for couples, friends, or family.

Reformer Five & Spring Wall Five (1:5)
Small-group session50 minutes

Reformer Five & Spring Wall Five (1:5)

Up to five clients in a 50-minute class with Jooyoung Son (Co-Founder & Master Instructor). Reformer Five: dynamic carriage work—springs, flow, and control. Spring Wall Five: springboard work for strength and balance in varied positions. Targeted cueing for your level; solid Reformer background recommended. Book on the live schedule.
